A Note on Off-Lead Rules in Cardiff
Dog control in Cardiff is covered by a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). Bute Park
A large, mostly flat park in the city centre alongside the River Taff. Dogs are allowed off-lead, with a car park for access, and the River Taff runs nearby. Check signage for any seasonal or event restrictions.
Roath Park
A popular Victorian park built around a large lake, with a loop of roughly two kilometres. Dogs are allowed off-lead, with street parking nearby. The lake is for wildlife, so keep dogs out of the water.
Cefn Onn Park

Forest Farm and Hailey Park
