1. About Us

Waggy Wash Club Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16899039) with its registered office at 35 Park Place, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 3RL. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Waggy Wash Club Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, taking out a membership, or using our self-service dog wash machines, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or are using the service fraudulently.

4. Tokens

Tokens are digital credits that can be redeemed for dog wash sessions at our machines. Tokens can be acquired through:

• Membership plans— a monthly token allowance added to your account each month, on both monthly and annual memberships. Each month's allowance expires when your next month's tokens are added, so membership tokens do not roll over.
• Loyalty rewards — tokens earned through our loyalty programme. Loyalty tokens expire 6 months from the date they are awarded.
• Sign-up bonuses — promotional tokens granted upon email verification. Bonus tokens expire 30 days from the date they are awarded.

Token bundles (one-time token packs) are no longer available for purchase. If you bought a bundle previously, those tokens remain in your account and can be redeemed as normal until their original expiry date.

Tokens are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis — earliest-expiring tokens are used first. Expired tokens are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Memberships

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed via your stored payment method. The first payment is taken when you join, and the membership then renews on the same date each month or year, depending on the plan you choose. All members receive their token allowance monthly, regardless of whether they pay monthly or annually.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you continue to receive your monthly token allowance during that time.
• Cancellation prevents your next renewal payment. For annual members, this means no further charge is taken at the end of the paid year.
• Each month's unused tokens expire when the next month's allowance would be added, as normal.
• No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) washes are charged at the point of use via the card reader at the machine. PAYG payments are non-refundable once the wash cycle has started.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for membership payments or PAYG washes once the wash cycle has commenced.

If a machine malfunctions before the wash cycle starts (before vend), any tokens charged will be automatically reversed to your account. If a machine malfunctions after the wash cycle has started, tokens are not reversed. In such cases, please contact us at hello@waggywashclub.co.uk and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

8. Machine Usage

Our self-service dog wash machines are designed for washing dogs only. By using our machines, you agree to:

• Supervise your dog at all times during the wash session.
• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Not use any external chemicals, shampoos, or products in the machine — only the products provided.
• Leave the wash bay in a reasonable condition for the next user.
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waggy Wash Club Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any injury to you, your dog, or any third party arising from the use of our machines, except where caused by our negligence.
• Any loss or damage to personal property while using our facilities.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Waggy Wash Club Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
