Every card payment at the machine earns you progress toward free wash tokens. No points cards, no stamps — just automatic rewards for being a regular.
How it works
1. Enter your member ID
Type your membership ID into the kiosk before you pay. This links the wash to your account. You'll find your ID in your account dashboard after signing up.
2. Pay by card
Tap your contactless card at the machine as normal. Every PAYG wash counts toward your reward.
3. Earn free tokens
Once you've spent £24, a free wash token is automatically added to your account.

2× Fresh Paws washes
2 × £12 = £24 spent
= 1 free token
3× Lil' Splash washes
3 × £9 = £27 spent → £3 carries over
= 1 free token
+ £3 toward next
2× Doggy Spa washes
